• Leisure
I think I still have not mentioned, but a good driver is important. Therefore, is also recommended from time to time a tip for the driver.
He is the one safe for the road to get through important (ie slightly defensive behavior) and the second because you can learn more about him than about the country and people on the staff here. If he is in a good mood, then, can not hurt it. Even the small talk you may not rate highly enough, especially to learn a bit more.

Today it was communication with the driver thanks to BalaGi temple about 20 km from Pune. The temple is built about 2003, who is also very active in use. Here are extended on the way to the temple the shoes (they've left in the car). Then we must make as a "tourist" in the most sacred temple, but of course no pictures. I have given the camera properly and stored at the temple entrance (by the way the temple with metal detector and security is as secure at the airport - the world is flat no longer safe here). The images from the outside can only imagine how beautiful the temple is inside. Here Krishna is worshiped. But there are also shrines to Ganesh, Lakshi and other gods (sorry, there were sure to remember many names and stories behind them to give me everything). When I'm home again, I am going to talk a bit more detail with the issue.

Now my understanding so far (with no guarantee of accuracy): Ganesh is the son of Krishna's. Krishna he has cut off his head in anger, and that of the first animal placed passed. That was just once an elephant, so Ganesh has an elephant-like head.
While Krishna for the destruction / renovation is (must come to each phase a new phase, or Krishna directs one of these phases), Ganesh is for the material things in life (and is therefore highly venerated in Pune, among other things).
Because it has traded at this temple was NOT a tourist temple, was' there is no mobile vendors. It was an absolute "insider tip". But actually a little bit of a shame, because I want to buy a small statue of Krishna.

• Life

As you already noticed for days, the culture shock has been overcome - and it's almost home again. Only till Thursday. But I'm looking forward to a "clever" car - and I can drive it yourself.

too clean, neatly paved streets without knee deep potholes sometimes every 50 cm, without using cows to the road and grazed (and holy, therefore, of course, no being harassed or have sold) was ... I'm looking forward to my next car ride home:) I definitely will keep
One in memory - the volcanic landscape here. I think this is worth seeing. The many waterfalls during the monsoon season.

• Food
to dine at Le Meridien on the rooftop with colleagues class. I can imagine but even better in the non-monsoon season.

• Work
Ne, which has now been sorted at the weekend. The time of boring at the weekend and kill time in the hotel's over.
