• The Indian Independence
59 years of independence from Great Britain should be celebrated! Since 1947, India is now independent of Britain. This has to thank India Mahatma Gandhi. And - as mentioned by the way - so that celebrates the greatest democracy on earth almost your birthday 59ten - Happy "Birthday" India.
Today I took a Gleitzeittag (as in the office but me anyway, no one would have been) and I once looked at the best shopping street.

Today was in the city center though no parade, but it was still pretty busy, as the pictures. In the best shopping street of the city (MG Road - [Mahatma Gandhi Road]), today some boxes in a booming (but good) music were established. The city was on its feet and has bought, and so flanniert celebrated their independence day. I've tried to capture images in a bit.
Today was the Weather until about 16 clock really good - there were some showers, but in between, the sun looked out. And warmer it is again - up to about 26 degrees as opposed to 20 degrees during the incessant rain in recent weeks. That is why I have today for the first time in 5 weeks here tested the pool. Before that I was again briefly when Parvati Hill and Temples (pictures below).
• Eat well, what can I say - I think I need tonight again whiskey. I've eaten for the first time in weeks again in the hotel restaurant (otherwise always snacks (mostly fried) in the bar) - and spins again my stomach. Damn. I have not even Salad eaten with tap water or other processed foods. Indian hotel and restaurant food is so after 5 weeks still nothing for me.
